Overly long process of ~8 interviews with 4-5 technical interviews. Take home is too long and requirements stated are somewhat at odds with a few questions I had during my presentation. Coding was in Pyspark, which isn’t necessarily used day to day and would have been good to be told about in advance. SQL interview harder questions for MLE, more geared to analyst/DS. Would not interview again as it’s a huge amount of time that seemed unnecessary.

I was approached by a recruiter, and participated in one phone interview and a timed take home coding exercise. The interview was non-technical, we discussed my educational and technical background and the founder shared with me the structure and work culture of the company.
