Clarity -- I had the opportunity to talk at lengths with the co-founder (Swarup), CTO (Saideep) and the HR (Karthik). It was an excellent experience. They clearly knew what they wanted. And there was a clear synergy between them. Honesty -- The team clearly communicates about the negatives in the company. They know what is not working, and are serious about fixing it. Leadership -- CEO is the Veteran of the industry. CTO is a Prodigy. HR is a gem of a person. They are fully committed to the organization. Did not have the chance to talk to the others. The reason for me not joining was personal. I have worked all my life in StartUp environment for 15 yrs. I am now keen to move to a larger corporate environment. And i already had another offer as per my expectation. I would have no hesitation joining SenseHawk if i did not have that other offer.
