There's an IQ test - a basic one you can find on the internet (the kind of "what number is missing from this sequence?" "what's the next figure in this sequence" "a half of a quarter of a third of 5400 is..." and stuff like that. The .NET consists of some basic C# questions (took from a webpage). Very unprofessional! After you pass the tests, 2 guys will come have a face 2 face discussion with you and they might start to argue with each other whether the tram goes by the mall or not. They made their questions on the spot (I could tell they had no idea what to ask me) and one of them might tell you he is very proud that he doesn't know the Pascal language anymore. They really didn't ask anything technical or stuff like this, just some IRRELEVANT stuff about my faculty.
