Round one: Initial phone call with a recruiter. Round two: Two behavioral interviews conducted remotely. The final round: case study, panel session with the board, lunch, and behavioral interview. They compensate for travel and give you a hotel room across from the office for the final round. You get to network tons, and they are very nice. You hear back in 4 weeks.
