Submitted online application via email.
1st round: Phone interview with a senior manager - simple 30/45-minute behavioral interview.
2nd round: Assesment day in office - included a dinner the night before with two current associates and other candidates. Next day consists of 3, 1 on 1 interviews with a manager, a principal, and a partner, and a lunch with a current analyst.
- Interview with the manager is primarily behavioral with a few basic questions to gauge knowledge of consulting and Sendero.
- Interview with principal included a behavioral portion and a case portion.
- Interview with partner included basic "why Sendero"/"why consulting" questions and the partner's explanation of Sendero's culture and what makes it unique from other consulting firms.
Overall easy process compared to most consulting interviews - major emphasis on fit. The case portion is open-ended and interviewer-lead.

I applied via their careers page. The entire process took one month.
1. HR screening call
2. Virtual First Round
3. In person Final Round
They were transparent from the beginning about the general compensation for the role. HR was very communicative and responsive to my questions/clarifications throughout the process. Both of the interviews were behavioral and asked very general questions about your experience. They want you to utilize the STAR method to answer the questions and will ask follow up questions on the examples you give. Overall, it was a very clear and solid experience.

The first round is a with call with a Recruiter. Second round is behavioral in which they ask 4 "tell me about a time" questions. Finally, they invite you in-person for the final round and networking.

Entretien
There's 4 questions they'll ask you from a list. Very bland interview and the questions only take about 15 minutes maximum and you spend the rest of it asking questions. I don't remember much more, honestly.
