First part of the hiring process was a simple English and grammar exam, which will continue on to a project specific exam, which as a Copyeditor applicant, consists of advanced grammar and copyediting, along with a general knowledge questionnaire and essay-type questions. An interview with the HR Manager comes next where they'll ask you about job experience and benefits etc. Passing the first three parts will land you the interview with the Project Manager who was really nice and sincere.
