The recruiter didn't seem to understand the role and was incredibly low on enthusiasm, which made it pretty difficult to navigate. I didn't feel I particularly had their attention or interest from the offset. Overall a jarring experience.

I had a recruiter interview first, then 3 rounds of interviews with the team including a case presentation to a couple of VPs. The whole process was very smooth from the start and the interviewing process wasn't very difficult,. What was really nice about the process is how smooth it was all thanks to the recruiter, Mahmoud. He was very friendly, made me very relaxed in my interview and his attitude is just very positive. He explained everything perfectly and communicated well with me throughout the whole process. I didn't get the job in the end, but the process was one of the best I've had in years and all thanks to him. I wish more recruiters are on his level of communication and professionalism.
