One phone interview/discussion and a skills test in Excel (advanced functions) and web analytics using their software. Overall , it felt very slow. It took about 2 weeks to finally get through with a phone interview and 5-6 weeks to get any response regarding the position . The note was personal in the end, much nicer than the usual form feed that companies send out in most cases.
