They contacted me on linkedin. First, there was a cca 40 minutes long phone HR screening interview. A week later we had an online professional interview with a couple of developers/team leaders where I had to solve a test while thinking out loud about OOP and C#. They asked about my professional experience, studies, the way I preferred working (alone/in a team, etv). They called me in the office for a personal meeting where they showed me the office and their products. I got an offer about a week later. The whole process took about 3 weeks.
