Entretien
After sending the resume I received a call from HR to set an interview. Additionally I was asked to fill a knowledge test, which was quite difficult and combined questions from biochemistry and molecular biotechnology area (lot of enzymology). The interview took place online, with 3 people: HR and two persons from the team that I was supposed to work with. There were no other step. They were supposed to let me know about the results max 3 weeks after the talk, but I never received any answer.

Online test with a time limit of one hour, multiple choice questions, some basic concepts of organic chemistry, and name reactions: This is followed by the personality test and an online interview, which is of technical nature.

Give all the ways to make an amine, and ways to make a C-C bond (single, multiple)
The process after the online test took 2 weeks. Then, technical interview with the manager. Normal questions about organic chemistry. The interviewer helps with the interview. Not difficult. Same question for all the candidates
