I was interviewed through the MECOP program, which is different than a normal interview. In the end what was the most attractive was my willingness to get my hands dirty and overcome the hesitation that some college grads have towards hazardous chemical processes. They are looking for people with a willingness to get involved more than a high level of engineering skill.
