The interview process from start to finish was very disappointing. Following the first interview, I received feedback that included elements not mentioned in the job description or discussed during the interview. The second interview was a formality. The same two individuals conducted both interviews and it was apparent that their decision had already been made prior to the second interview.

Mostly standard project management related questions however a few questions from the first interview were repeated in the second interview by the same individuals.
