I really enjoyed the interview process with Sellerant this past spring. After falling victim to COVID-19 layoffs, I got connected to Kenan, the owner. The conversations led to a Zoom interview, an additional interview with the hiring manager, and some group interviews. The whole process took a month or so and they were very accommodating. They are all about GROWTH, whether personally or professionally, and this was honestly one of the best interview experiences I’ve had. I got to know Kenan very well and he took a lot of time communicating with me and providing support. The interviews themselves were engaging and fun - I could tell how much they cared about those they were talking to. If I could take one thing away from this, I’d say just be yourself. Express your desires and dreams for your career because they want to support that. At the end, a personal decision was made and I still have nothing but good things to say about Sellerant!
