It was a less formal interview, over the phone, and with my resume and past experience I was able to show my skills and abilities and demonstrate past success. The clients felt they could trust me and hired me on the spot.
There was one technical interview about math skills and one about behavioral skills. General math questions ranging from algebra to calculus. The behavioral questions were the main bulk of the interview process.

Entretien
Seamless and self guided process that helped to crystallise one’s expertise. They helped clarifying the expectations. However, more can be done in terms of streamlining questions. Contextualisation is an area that could be improved.
