Beware! My experience was similar to that of other reviewers: after spending 3+ hours solving the puzzles and answering seemingly endless list of open questions (some of them being illegal in some states, such as "how much are you making in your current job?", other totally ridiculous like "why do you think there is inequality in the world?"). I had the impression that the company is conducting some kind of research with no real interest in hiring. Like in the case of others, the feedback with my correct and incorrect answers was promised yet not delivered in the generic rejection email which I received almost a month later. Huge waste of time.
I applied using web form and after this did their quiz which should take from 10 min to 3 hours according to them. Have no idea how is it possible to do it in 10 min, I see only one way - close it and forget.
It took me approximately 3 hours to finish it. The first half was pretty interesting - inferential questions, something like a head scratchers, it took most of the time. After this there were a bunch of personal questions, most of them were really stupid - like "what would you do if you had had unlimited amount of money" and so on. In the of quiz it asked do I want to know my correct and wrong answers.
After 4 days I suddenly receied 22 emails from them during 1 minute with the same boilerplate message - bla bla bla hundreds of tallented peoples want to work for us, we have decided to pass on your application, thank you and good by. No any explanation why did they decide that, no promised wrong and correct answers, nothing. I waste 3 hours to receive 22 boilerplate rejections.
But I almost sure I know the reason why did they this - my salary expectation is way to high for this fast groving startup.
