It felt like the interview process and the questions that were asked were not put together at a professional standard and wasn't asking any technical question related to the job instead were mostly customer-based questions. They didn't give too much information about what the job entails and what day-to-day would be like.

They asked me mostly customer related questions rather than ask me technical questions based on the job. One of the questions was give us a time you delt with a difficult customer and how would u solve this.
