Very Easy and laid back. HR seemed so nice. The CNO joined us and I felt they were both very personable. I think that I was hired based on the fact they had a lot of agency. If you get an interview, just go in confident and I bet you will get the job. Thourough background check. quick response time for offer.

I had a total of 2 interviews. The first was informal and like a pre screening. I was asked about availability and shift preference. The second was more detailed relating to patient care and situational questions.

Interviewed quickly personable DON not forthcoming with scheduling promises 1 thing experienced something completely different took over 6 weeks to get everything for the company to get me into orientation too little time for online education that is required and work full time
