I was brought in for a traditional screening interview. A day or two later, I was brought back in for an exercise-based interview. I was presented with a scenario to prepare a plan for and given 45 minutes to assemble a plan, using my skills required for the position. After the conclusion of that interview, I awaited a final callback. I was brought in the very next day for a Skype / in-person final interview with Principal. Everything moved quickly and the on-boarding process was very thorough. Background check was ran as well.
