Very hard leet code problems. None of my "technical" questions were very relevant for the typical day-to-day work you'd do on a search engine or as a MLE. I know because I've worked on a team already which does that same type of work with the same technologies. The interviewer was obviously inexperienced at interviewing because he kept talking and asking questions about my solution when I was trying to think and there is a very short time limit (which creates a survivorship bias and is a tenet of bad interview processes). I tried to formulate solutions but there was not enough time and the interviewer was very distracting asking questions, asking me to move on to the 2nd question before I was done, generally micromanaging the whole process, and was not very warm or personable
