Phone Interview with recruiter went very well. Next interview was with 2 team leads. 1 was very serious and the other lady appeared to be all over the place. Asking the wrong questions etc. I was asked a lot of situational questions. Really didn’t get a chance to let them know my experience. After the email I sent both ladies a thank you email, they rudely didn’t respond. That was a first for me. I was advised that I would hear back in a week. Never heard anything back. I emailed them twice and asked for an update received an update from Sedgwick advising me that I was not selected. The whole process was odd!
