The interview was brief, they wanted to know how I can manage a difficult claim and claimant; Can I manage under stress and how do I cope? Am I willing to work extra if needed to meet deadline?

Entretien
Everything was done by phone, very smooth process. The interviewer was very nice, explained Sedgwick and what the company represents as a global company. They asked questions about your experience. Also asked what we know about Sedgwick.
there was a online screening process with multiple coice question. the first interview was with a recruiter it last about 15 minutes. there was a virtual panel interview with two members of Management. it was an overall good interview

They were desperate to hire, there is a high turnover rate- so the questions were not hard. It was a pleasant experience overall. The job was explained differently than it has turned out to be- it is a constantly changing company, and sometimes the change can be stressful.
