You have an interview with every Supervisor so there are about 6 people in the room which can be intimidating but they all joke around with you to lighten it up
Straight forward interview. Asked about experience, strengths and weaknesses. Interview process was relaxed and I was made to feel very comfortable during the process. They really just wanted to find about my work experience and they type of insurance claims that I handled for my previous employer. No strange questions or "Google" type interview questions.

Entretien
The manager called me and told me to apply at a website. I did and two weeks later they called me and asked me when I could start. Their screening process didn't seem to be very in-depth, but they did do a personality test and a background check.
