Usually there would be two interviews, first with a recruiter and then satisfactory candidates will meet with the hiring manager. Candidates, internal or external, all have to submit application in the hiring system for initial review. Successful applicants will be contaccted for interviews.

The interview process began with a friendly conversation with the manager, a review of the resume and qualifications, and then an interview at office site, with
two people. Behavioural based questions. Straight forward, and opportunity to meet the staff team, and ask questions.

Entretien
I applied through indeed. I had a manager call for a phone interview. I was invited for an on site interview which was an hour away. The manager wasn't a great interviewer she was reading from a sheet of paper. She was not enthusiastic and I felt overdressed for interview based on her appearance. I sent a thank you email and received a response the following day. I was asked to provide three references and did not receive a job offer. The same week I was rejected I saw the position was reposted again. The entire process was a waste of time.
