Virtual interview where they ask you basic questions, like why you are interested in security. They will ask if you have a CPR/First Aid certificate, because some sites do require it, but it’s ok if you don’t have it. They will ask if you have a driver’s license, as some sites require driving around, but it’s ok if you don’t, there are plenty of sites that don’t require driving.
After the virtual interview, fingerprinting, and online course requirements, you are scheduled to go into the office for onboarding. There they will drug test you and they stare directly at you the entire time, it’s very uncomfortable.
If you’re hired for a driving site, you will do a quick driving test around the block in one of their vehicles.
Throughout the hiring process, you will deal with a few recruiters. Some of them are nice and some of them are extremely rude; they do not face any repercussions for being hostile.

Easy and simple interview process. Found out very soon as well. Manager was good at the time. Not bad at all. Took a month from start to finish . Vetting was easy
