First a phone interview with the HR Manager. Next is an interview with the CEO. if you pass the whole corporate team interviews you. Its not as intense as it seems. They try and get you to ease up and be yourself. They ask a lot of hard hitting questions but their were no wrong or right answers. They ask about your background and how you would handle difficult situations related to your position. They ask what you know about the security industry as a whole. They are real friendly and make jokes when you get quiet. You can't really wing the interview, you have to be qualified. if you aren't they will ask you to be upfront.
