Usually 4 stage process. First screening test round which is easy, then personal interview, then technical and HR interview. Panel was very good but they seek industrial oriented skilled persons.

Marks matter more than skill, they will train you as per their requirement. Strong hierarchy is there in company, I don't think its a good company to start your career

Entretien
There were 3 rounds, technical GD and HR. Technical went mostly on Digital circuits, systems design, verification and testing, and bit of analog. They asked me about the position that i had applied for, justification for it, projects and resume.
