Interview was done over the phone. As i introduced myself, the interviewer told me there was no need to be so formal even though i was just giving a self introduction. Interviewer had a lot of singlish and conducted the interview quite unprofessionally. Said that he would send me a CAD file as a test the following but never sent it anyway so i just took it that i didn't pass that round of interview.

Interviewer seemed to specifically looked for product designers and was not entirely open to hearing design experiences from other industries. Did not follow up on sending CAD for "knowledge test" as part of the interview process thought he promised that he would. When i carried out the interview in a formal tone he told me to relax and "no need to be so formal" and he spoke in lots of singlish and unprofessional tone.
