I applied online. 1 week later I receive a call for a phone interview. It was relatively easy and we scheduled an interview at the corporate office the following week. They first had me fill out a lengthy application which I thought was odd since they had my resume and we had already had a phone interview but I filled out. The interview itself was easy but they were not very personable and it seemed they were not truly engaged in the process. It felt awkward. Regardless, I sent a thank email but as of yet had not had 1 response from them either affirmative or negative to the position. I feel it's rude for them to not circle back with candidates as it seems I am not the only one who has that that experience with them.
