Interview with 4 leaders. 2 VPs, 1 DVP, and a Director. All asked questions relative to their areas and how the interact with the role I was applying for. Some questions revolved around areas of there business I was not familiar with and concepts I was not prepared to answer.

- Sears uses internal recruiters who coach you on how to ace your interview (e.g. how to dress, prepare, research, and what kinds of questions the interviewers like to ask)
- begins with phone screening and progresses through panel interviews.
- they like to have you interview with cross functional leaders outside of the area applied for.
