Panel interview consisting of 4 senior managers consisting of HR manager, Operations manager, Assistant General manager, and General manager. Questions were not difficult. Allowed me to freely speak on my experiences. Concluded with a tour of the facility.

Long and stupid, multiple interviews with different managers all asking the same questions, and telling you all the same lies like "sears isn't going out of business" or "its a great place to work" "like a big family" (most dysfunctional family on the planet)
