Came in for a standard interview with the HR person, which lasted about 30 minutes. No hard questions just the normal tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses, etc. After a few days I was called back for a second interview with the department manager, who asked the same questions. After I had her approval I was brought to meet the store manager and he was the last to OK me as a new hire
