It was fast and easy I applied abd got interview shortly after they asked me basic questions and by the end of the process I was offered the job which I accepted right away and I like the job just need more pay and it takes forever to move up

Very easy and so straight forward with a level of desperation that only a sears employee would be able to understand. Questions were asked and answered. Interview process was so very full of questions and answers

The interview was for only 30 minutes. The process was very quickly. I was extended an offer but I declined the offer. The customer service position was for a part time.

The interview process was in a mall and it was a group interview, mainly just asked previous experience and wanted to know work availability/transport. They did not seem super harsh
