I had one phone interview with the HR, and two face-to face interviews, one with hiring manager, one with the other department manager which the role supported. In addition, there was one written exam which tested the math and business question related to the role.

Interview was very informal, the interviewee was 30 mins late and was unprepared. Got a second interview immediately Hiring was quick completed with no room for negotiations. Take it or leave it attitude.

lots of situational questions. behavior questions. "Tell me about a time when ......" no real feedback. typically at least 2 people in the interview. one of the interviewers was not prepared for the interview.

Tell me about a time when you had a uncomfortable confrontation in a meeting with a obnoxious co worker. Really? Couple of other questions that had me scratching my head.
