Searce visited our campus. First , they conducted an online apti test. The difficult part in the test was every question was timed ( 60 seconds). If you fail to mark within 60 seconds, question gets skipped automatically. The question were regarding : quantitative apti, Logical Reasoning .

Question 1
There are 3 rounds of interview.
Round 1: The interviewer started by asking me to introduce myself. As I had mentioned about web development , he gave me a scenario based question wherein he asked me to identify a real world problem and explain how to solve it through a website ( like what features would that website have , etc..).
Round 2: (Technical round) Dsa question : Number of ways in which alice can climb n stairs if he can climb 1 or 2 steps at a time. (related to dp)
Basic questions on OOPS.
Round 3: Resume based , puzzles
1st round - behavioral/screener (expect classic behaviorals) 2nd round - technical project breakdown, take 1 project and describe as much detail, also expect hypotheticals in your field
my application has been put on an indefinite pause because leadership does not know what they want for this role and couldn't schedule 15 minutes of their time to chat in the 3rd or 4th round of the interview process. Was ghosted for multiple weeks just to be told no after passing the technical. Overall exhausting.
