Fairly smooth interview process, They have 3 rounds, Two techincal and one cultural fit. Technical rounds questions were asked more system design oriented and team leadership oriented. Cultural fit involved questions such as likes and dislikes, current role, background etc.

It was one of the worst experience I had with such big organization. I cleared all round but and they ready to offer. But they took 1 week to come up with number and offered me the compensation even less than my current package. I know they had got another cheap candidate but the way they handled it was really worst experience. NO ETHICS at all.
