Horrible process as assigned recruiter was rude and condescending. She decided to forward my CV for a "junior" position, in her opinion, rather for the assigned one. Job description asked for industrial experience and I submitted by CV accordingly, however, now recruiters are deciding even without consulting with the hiring manager's advice just makes me think that the hiring system is chaotic. Horrible experience. Just made me think if she herself is the hiring manager or acting on behalf of the hiring manager as she asked questions that the hiring manager is supposed to ask themselves, NOT THE RECRUITER.

Entretien
Straight forward process, phone screen with HR rep, come in once or twice to meet with manager and peers. After all candidates interviewed, interview team meets to discuss candidates and offer opinions to hiring manager.
