The application process was staright forward. I recieved a preliminary call that took about 10 min with questions. From there I was scheduled with a in-person interview with the head of the deptartment. The interview was great! They asked a lot of questions around mangement style and a few questions that didn't have a right or wrong answer. The commuication was top notch throughout the process.
