It was a 3 part interview manager- then bigger manager then head manager-they were very focused on customer service which I liked. It was fairly informal and the people I spoke to were really positive and passionate about their job

Personnel conducting interview were unprofessional and unprepared. Not qualified to conduct an interview. The questions were not relevant to the position offered. When I tried to get more information about the position and what it entailed, tried to get a positive and proactive rapport going with the interviewers but had zero success. Was extremely boring. In this difficult time we are in it seems it doesn't matter if you are a perfect fit for the position and over qualified. Your future is in the hands of the people conducting the interview and if they are not qualified to do so and are biased for idiotic reasons like your hair may not be parted they way they want it to be, you will not get the position. After 25 minutes of answering questions I was shut down when I asked my own question about the longevity of the department plan. I was then slandered by these personnel who told the temp agency I was sent by that I wasn't interested in the position and that I picked at my clothes - a complete false lie. Beware - there are mean malicious unqualified people out there conducting interviews. Very disappointed. Not that I won't have to work for people like this but that anyone would make up a complete false story in lieu of just saying they want to hire one of their friends.
