The job post was on Indeed. A couple of days after I applied, I received a an email to set up a time for a phone call. The caller was a scribe who also handled recruiting part time. She asked me the basic questions like tell me about your background, weaknesses and strengths. It was a very relaxed phone conversation. She ended it telling me that she felt I would be a great fit and to expect an email for the next steps. I got the email within a day and it included an offer letter. I took the job.

I was originally scheduled for a live video interview which they canceled, they then sent me an email asking if I could travel to one place, I said no, then they asked me if I could travel to a different place, and I said yes. All in all, too easy.
