I had to submit videos of myself answering questions as an interview. About a month-2 months later I was called for a phone screening by a recruiter asking to confirm my avaliability.

The first step was online interview, around 8 questions, they ask the basic questions of a normal interview and your schedule, but they set up in a way where you are able to record your answer as many time as you want, and the time limit was around 30 sec. After a couple days I received an email from one of senior chiefs at ScribeAmerica wanting to schedule an interview over the phone. It was super easy going and it was about confirming your schedule.
