I wish I had paid attention to the red flags. #1. The recruiter indicated my salary expectations might be a bit high #2 The company has lots of bad reviews #3 prolonged open roles and a high volume of interview activity are mentioned in other reviews, with good candidates getting turned down(reading the interview reviews) #4 I was blindsided by not moving to the next round after the first technical interview, even though I was told I was moving to the next round by the interviewer, and I did really well in the interview As long as I am employed at a company with decent reviews and higher pay, I can pass on a company that wastes my precious time while keeping a role open for a unicorn candidate who can accept less pay.

Phone screen + manager screen + onsite. I was declined after a very positive onsite experience without any feedback whatsoever and in a rude way. Incredibly unfriendly after the interview.
