Pretty informal. Usual questions about relevant experience, what do you know about Screwfix, why choose them etc. Depending on the role and the hiring manager, it can be pretty laid back which makes the interview much less stressful.

Simple interview style questions it was a formal / informal style interview more about getting to know ur personality and how u fit in the culture rather then ur experience
Very straightforward and easy. I was interviewed by two of the managers who asked me a range of questions such as why i want to work for screwfix etc. They also asked for my availability at this stage.
