J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Screaming Colour (Londres, Angleterre) en mai 2016
Entretien
I applied for the job when they advertised online and was got a call the following day to arrange an interview. I attended the interview and everything was quite positive. I was shown around the company and was introduced to a number of the staff. I did notice that the staff appeared to be a bit unhappy but didn't dwell on it.
After being shown around the interview concluded with me being offered the job which I excepted. I was told by the senior manager that the paperwork would be sent to me the following week after he returned from a short break.
After a few weeks of hearing nothing I sent emails to the company but received no answer. I then called a number of times before finally speaking to the senior manager who had no recolection of the job offer. He then thought he remembered me coming in for an interview but that I had failed in the first instance. He then said if another job comes up I will give you a call and then hung up the phone.
I had only been made redundant a few weeks so it wasn't really an issue but could have been if I had been someone desperate for work.
My impression of the company is that it should be avoided as I can't believe this hasn't happened before to interviewees who have attended an interview. I'm sure I was just interviewed as part of some internal politics because no references were asked for.
