The process involved an online application, followed by a phone interview, and finally an assessment center. The phone interview lasted around 20 minutes and was entirely competency based. I did not have the chance to go to the assessment center.

there was a group discussion, different scenarios for each person to read (make sure you contribute and share your own idea) and also personal presentation and interview. For personal presentation, you would be given a topic with some information document to help with your presentation.
