You put in your resume, and they call you for an interview, you come in and they tell you how amazing the company is and how much potential there is for growth and how much money you can make. They tell you about the company and ask if you are interested. I am positive if they say yes they hire you because some people that work there have no business in the corporate world, even management.

I was brought in to an office that was 3 states away. The interview was short and informal. The new company that now ownes Scott Logistics is pathetic. The older gentleman at the home office had a potty mouth and everyone was trying too hard to connect to the younger people.
