Met with three of senior management for 45 minutes. A good conversation regarding philosophies of people management, worksite processes and commitment to community. I gave a complete synopsis of my experience relative to the position I was applying for.

I met with the VP at a restaurant and we talked about my experience and he told me about his company. He seemed hard to read. He smiled and was courteous. He was there because they were needing to hire another site manager for an up coming job and had heard good things about my performance and attitude. The next week I accepted the position and their offer of employment.
