It was a rigorous process. Although not important in the latter half, screening done via GPA and followed up with a behavioural and aptitude test/interview. The focus was majorly on trying to get the best possible fit for the company in the least amount of time.

Had a first round interview - was horrible, got grilled by two interviewers and was not allowed time to think. Got a superday somehow but wouldn't recommend working or interviewing here.
