had a virtual interview done online with a 8 role questions, A skype interview with an Hr Rep and online simulation which was in 2 stages. stage one had a lot of questions: do you lie, remembered that cos it was funny and stage 2 had the simulation. . Each process was down online.

general questions on customer role and what I knew about the bank
the skype also had role questions and I was asked how much I wanted to earn. that was asked at both stages. when I was ready to start.
the simulation had questions about basic addition and subtraction and how to address customers e.t.c
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

It was good but they did not want me because i did not understand the role which pissed me off a lot and i thought i got it cause i awnsered confidently

Entretien
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
