You have to do the plum profile. After that if you get an interview, you may get into a coffee chat with other people. This is only to gauge your needs, goals and personality. After that you will get interviews with hiring managers directly. They are often 1:1 and involve behavioral questions.

Very simple interview process. Just applied and got an interview then got the job a week later. It was a pretty straightforward behavioural interview in my opinion. It was a good interview

The nest stage is a group coffee chat, after that the HR will reach out to you for a suitable position if it went well (in my case it did), Then final stage is simply a behavioral interview. It went well, and flowed like a good conversation, wasn't selected likely due to their being a better fit.
