Was sent an invitation for a prerecorded interview via video submission within a week and followed up with a phone interview a couple of days later. Received an offer within the same week, whole process took around a week and a half.

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Entretien
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
